My name is Zac. I have been in fandom spaces since I was a barely a teenager and I have a mountain of fanfiction to show for it!
This site is going to serve as an archive for my work.
I will be starting from the very beginning of my fanfiction journey, all the way on fanfiction.net and will eventually land on my most recent works. After a lot of thought and internal debate, I have decided I will include every work I have published to be included on this site in its entirety.* This includes works I have personal problems with and would not necessarily like for them to be representative of my current skill level or emotional understanding of the themes I was trying to tackle at the time. I will also be including works for pairings who I no longer ship, either due to outgrowing them or my opinion changing on them.
Some works will be edited and may not appear in perfect replica to the versions of them that exist on other fanfiction sites. But by and large, works will be unedited and ported to this site directly. I will also not be rereading most of the works here (at least not yet, that will start once I’ve completely ported everything over), and will be relying on the warnings I had posted at the time. I’ve always been a fairly rigid tagger in that regard, but please proceed with caution until every fic on this site has been reread in its entirety.
I may sometimes also post exclusive ficlets to this site that do not necessarily fit anywhere else.
Whether you’ve been subscribed to me on AO3 for a while or you just randomly found this site somehow, thank you for stopping by. I hope you find something that interests you here!
*I also wanted to mention I have several fics I abandoned using the ‘Orphan Work’ feature on AO3. These fics are still up on my old livejournal account(s) and therefore I may reclaim ownership over them on this site. If you don’t see them on my AO3 or tumblr if you go looking, that’s why!
DISCLAIMER: I have fics on this site going back almost 20 years. I was just shy of thirteen years old the first time I tried writing fanfiction. I also did not understand the implications of the themes I was trying to write and severely mishandled them. I could easily hide them from this site but I figured that if this is to serve as an archive, than it is only fair of me to include everything that I can find. While I hope to never write some of the themes included on this site again, I hope it is clear in my presentation and in the nuance I handle my later work with that I would at the very least do some minimal research by now. (:P)
ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMER: While revisiting old works to post on site, I have come across several NSFW/Smut fics for various fandoms that I authored when I was underage. I have opted out of including these fics. While I know it is natural to explore adult themes as a teenager, I never should have posted these publicly and while they will remain up in their original form on my protected livejournal account, I will not be reposting them here. These fics will be the only ones I am opting out to share. Thank you for understanding!
